The 13th International Youth Conference (IYC13), held May 21–24, 2016, in Los Angeles, USA, brought together young leaders, activists, and learners from around the world in a hybrid format that combined in-person sessions with virtual participation; the event featured keynote talks, interactive workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities designed to foster cross-cultural dialogue, skill-building, and collaborative projects on global issues affecting youth, while the hybrid setup expanded access and engagement by enabling remote attendees to join live sessions, contribute to discussions, and collaborate with onsite participants.
