In November 2021, the Provincials and JPIC Links in Argentina-Uruguay (ARU), Italy (ITA), and the district of the Philippines (PHI), were invited to submit applications to be part of the 2022 Sacred Heart delegation to HLPF. In December 2021, the delegation members were accepted and contacted. Preparation began in January 2022.

Mais pour nous, en tant que groupe, où chaque été pendant plus de 10 ans nous sommes partis en mission dans différentes communautés, cela nous a fait repenser notre mission et notre objectif en tant que « Groupe Missionnaire du Sacré-Cœur ».
Nevertheless, for us as a group, where every summer for more than 10 years we have being going out on mission to different communities, it made us rethink our mission and aim as a “Sacred Heart Missionary Group”.
As a result, we began to see and understand where we could be missionaries, where there was need of our help, where and whom we could serve. And so, the “Missionary Action” project was born.
Pero a nosotros como grupo, donde hace más de 10 años todos los veranos salíamos a distintas comunidades a misionar, nos hizo replantearnos nuestra misión y objetivo como "Grupo Misionero del Sagrado Corazón".
A raíz de esto empezamos a ver y sentir dónde podíamos ser misioneros, dónde hacía falta nuestras manos, qué lugar o a quiénes servir. Y nació el proyecto "Acción misionera".
The Popular Education is a learning concept that focuses mainly on marginalised people (unemployed, indigenous, peasants, etc.) and their learning process. It enhances their learning through experiences, practices and reasoning in/on their local environment. Popular Education has had a long tradition in Latin America since the end of XX and one of its founder is Paolo Freir.
Villa Jardín is a marginalised suburban area of the capital Buenos Aires.
Objective
To improve the quality of high school education in Villa Jardin. Indirectly, it aims to offer its beneficiaries, marginalised teenagers, new social and work opportunities and have them overcome the risk situation they live in (poverty, violence).
