In 1984, in Bogotá, the first meeting of Popular Education of the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Latin America was held. Background
The Andean municipality of Santa Leticia has suffered for many years from the impact of the armed conflict and the neglect of the current leaders of the nation. Families have suffered from it, causing human losses, people displacements and families without the possibility of resources (education, health, own housing and few possibilities of work).
Objective
To improve the living conditions of the Santa Leticia inhabitants by providing professional training and work opportunities focused on team work.
