Care of Parents, El Agustino, Lima

Background

Throughout the 20th century, Lima grew in population, production, employment, education, and health; these changes also brought cases of marginalisation among populations, in particular among internal migrants.

The project is set in the suburb of Lima in the Cerro (hill) del San Pedro - El Agustino, a slum which counts a high number of internal migrants. RSCJ have open a school there to offer local children the opportunity to follow educational programmes.
