Overview

Objectives

  • To offer agents of transformation the opportunity to have an experience with marginalised people. 
  • To offer agents of transformation a multicultural experience. 
  • To offer an itinerary for the search and accompaniment of young people for their project of life.
  • To participate in projects of education from which to collaborate in the construction of a more just and supportive world, in the style of Jesus.
  • (indirectly) To give support to people who are most disadvantaged.  

Activities

  • Training and preparation before going (workshops, etc.)
  • Request medical check to the volunteer

  • Sharing the volunteer experience upon return

Identify the host comunity/project

  • Take into consideration the needs of the reality where the community is, of the project and its expectations and possibilities (gifts, skills, motivations, desires...).
  • Arrangements between the community and the volunteer on the participation in community life, re-reading from the faith, evaluation times, etc.
  • Arrange dialogue between the volunteer and the community, ask a sister to accompany the volunteer during her experience.

Collaborating with other provinces

  • A RSCJ will accompany the volunteer during a preparation period.
  • The motivation, concerns, desires and wishes will be considered in depth.
  • The accompanying RSCJ will coordinate with the RSCJ in charge of the IVP in the host province, the place where the volunteer will be sent.
  • The RSCJ referring to the volunteer will coordinate with the Province that is going to receive the volunteer.

Outcomes

  • To live a volunteer experience in a Society project
  • Empathy towards marginalised people.
  • Knowledge of the spirituality, charism and style of life of the Society following Jesus.
  • The ARU volunteer programme collaborated with the MEX province in 2014 when an Argentinina young women spent 6 months volunteering in the Iyolosiwa Popular Education project (Ayutla).

 

Los objetivos 

  • Ofrecer la oportunidad a agentes de transformación de tener una experiencia de trabajo con personas marginadas.
  • Ofrecer una experiencia multicultural a agentes de transformación.
  • Ofrecer un itinerario para la búsqueda y acompañamiento de jóvenes en clave de proyecto de vida.
  • Participar en proyectos educativos desde donde colaborar en la construcción de un mundo más justo y solidario, al estilo de Jesús.
  • (indirectamente) ofrecer apoyo a las personas más desfavorecidas.

Las actividades

  • Formación y preparación ante-salida (descripción de talleres, etc.)
  • Se recomienda un estudio médico previo a los voluntarios
  • Experiencia internacional.
  • Apoyar en actividades sociales/humanitarias.
  • Apoyar en clases de idiomas.
  • Compartir la experiencia de voluntariado internacional una vez de vuelta.

Identificar la comunidad/proyecto de acogida 

  • Tener en consideració las necesidades del lugar, del proyecto y sus expectativas y posibilidades (dones, habilidades, motivaciones, deseos…)
  • Arreglar con la comunidad de acogida y la voluntaria, la participación en la vida comunitaria, re lectura desde la fe, tiempos de evaluación, etc.
  • En dialogo con la comunidad, pedirle a una hermana que acompañe a la voluntaria durante su experiencia.

Collaboration con otras provincias

  • Una RSCJ acompañará al voluntario/a en un tiempo de preparación a su experiencia.
  • Se profundizará en la motivación, inquietudes, deseos.
  • La RSCJ que acompaña coordinará con la RSCJ referente del voluntariado en la provincia de acogida, el lugar dónde va ser enviado el/la voluntario/a.
  • La RSCJ referente del voluntariado, coordinará con la Provincia que va a recibir al voluntario/a.

Los resultados/Las expectativas

  • Vivir la experiencia del voluntariado en un proyecto de la Sociedad
  • Conocimiento de la espiritualidad, carisma y estilo de vida de la Sociedad en seguimiento a Jesus.
  • Alcanzar empatía hacia las personas marginadas.
  • El programa de voluntariado de la provincia de ARU colaboró en 2014 con la provincia de MEX cuando una voluntaria argentina ofreció su servicio (6 meses) en el proyecto de Iyolosiwa, Educacion Popular (Ayutla).

Identifier la communauté d'accueil/le projet

  • Prendre en considération les besoins de la réalité où se trouve la communauté, du projet et de ses attentes et possibilités (dons, compétences, motivations, désirs...).
  • Arrangements entre la communauté et le volontaire sur la participation à la vie communautaire, la relecture de la foi, les temps d'évaluation, etc.
  • Organiser le dialogue entre le volontaire et la communauté, demander à une sœur d'accompagner le volontaire pendant son expérience.

Collaboration avec d'autres provinces

  • Une RSCJ accompagnera le volontaire pendant une période de préparation.
  • La motivation, les préoccupations, les désirs et les souhaits seront examinés en profondeur.
  • La RSCJ accompagnatrice se coordonnera avec la RSCJ lien du Programme International de Volontariat dans la province d'accueil, lieu où le volontaire sera envoyé.
  • La RSCJ référent du volontaire se coordonnera avec la province qui va l'accueillir.

Les résultats

  • Vivre une expérience de volontariat dans un projet de la Société
  • Empathie envers les personnes marginalisées.
  • Connaissance de la spiritualité, du charisme et du style de vie de la Société suivant Jésus.
  • Le programme de volontariat ARU a collaboré avec la province MEX en 2014 lorsqu'une jeune femme argentine a passé 6 mois de volontariat dans le projet d'éducation populaire Iyolosiwa (Ayutla).
