In a reality where parents merely cover school fees, this project provided valuable extracurricular experiences to 245 students from low-income backgrounds, who could not otherwise afford such opportunities.
It organised day trips to farms, museums, parks, theatre performances, and a sea camp, along with a school exchange with the Society’s partnered school in Buenos Aires. Parents supported the project by fundraising through second-hand clothes sales and food contributions for the camps.
