To promote the development of vulnerable women's self-esteem and autonomy with transformative activities that foster creativity and courage.
Activities

Weekly workshops (Tuesday afternoon) where women are encouraged to reflect on issues of personal development.

Lessons of biodance.

Reading of biblical texts from a gender perspective.

Self-management activities: sale of snacks (benefits to go for more vulnerable women), homemade jam production.

Training workshops: recycling and ecology, alternative health.

The activities take place in Puente Alto, an outer suburb of the Chilean capital.
