Objective
Increase safe leisure time for vulnerable children of the neighbourhood of Clara Estrella (Santa Olga) during their summer and winter half term.
Activities
Half-term time managed around the development of a specific chosen issue in leisure and learning.

Training of camp young leaders (JOSAC Youth of the Sacred Heart) around a specific chosen issue (e.g. water, waste)

Advertisement campaigns around the neighbourhood and the school (distribution of leaflets and registration forms to be signed by parents)

Recreational activities run by JOSAC for vulnerable children

Provision of 3 light snack/lunches for children in the camp

Last day of summer camp to be spent in municipality swimming pool

Outcomes

Children have increased their social skill between peers

Children have taken in transversal values

Children have developed a strong relationship with the camp leaders (JOSAC)
Indirect results
Camp leaders have discovered their professional vocation, as teacher, psychologist, social worker. There are camp leaders that have been participants of the camps when children and now are returning the values they received as camp leaders.
