The project aimed to address accommodation challenges among migrants, which often contribute to increased vulnerability and risk of homelessness. It successfully provided stable, dignified housing for 45 individuals over a year. The initiative included social and legal support to help participants regularise their residency status, while promoting intercultural exchange among migrants themselves and social integration. Accommodation arrangements included host families and communities for a minimum of four months, as well as four self-catering flats housing 17 individuals. Supply of food was also assured for “zero hunger”. The project emphasised individualised support, inviting each participants to engage in sports, excursions, cultural events, and celebrations to build social connections.

As a result, 42 out of the 45 participants improved their housing situation, 10 completed their residency processes and entered the labour market, and 10 young people enrolled in professional training and enhanced their language skills (Spanish and Catalan). The project successfully helped participants lay the groundwork for a stable future.
