Overview

The project introduced a citrus press in the school to limit the consumption of high-sugary industrial juices and hence encourage the intake of fresh natural fruit juices for a better health and well-being of the students.

Although it took time to persuade students on the benefits of healthy food habits, students, and their parents, have now taken in new food habits. The awareness raising on the advantage of an equilibrate and saloubrious diet was shared during lessons in the classrooms. In parallel, the project offered a professional training on juice making to unemployed mothers and girls. They worked happily aware of their contribution to the well-being of the school community.

The project successfully achieved its goals of promoting healthier drinking habits among students and empowering unemployed mothers and girls through professional training.

El proyecto introdujo un exprimidor industrial de cítricos en la escuela para limitar el consumo de zumos industriales con alto contenido en azúcar y fomentar así la ingesta de zumos de fruta natural fresca para mejorar la salud y el bienestar del alumnado.

Aunque costó tiempo persuadir al alumnado de las ventajas de unos hábitos alimentarios sanos, este y sus familias, han ya adoptado nuevos hábitos alimentarios. La concienciación sobre las ventajas de una dieta equilibrada y sana se compartió durante las clases en las aulas. Paralelamente, el proyecto ofreció una formación profesional de la elaboración de zumos a madres y chicas desempleadas. Trabajaron satisfechas y conscientes de su contribución al bienestar de la comunidad escolar.

El proyecto logró con éxito sus objetivos de promover hábitos de consumo más saludables entre el alumnado y capacitar a las madres y chicas desempleadas mediante la formación profesional.

Le projet a fourni un presse-agrumes à l’école afin de réduire la consommation de jus industriels, riches en sucres, et d’encourager ainsi la consommation de jus de fruits frais naturels pour une meilleure santé et un meilleur bien-être des élèves.

Bien qu’il ait fallu du temps pour persuader les élèves des avantages d’une alimentation saine, ces derniers, ainsi que leurs parents, ont désormais adopté de nouvelles habitudes alimentaires. La sensibilisation aux avantages d’une alimentation équilibrée et salubre a été partagée pendant les cours dans les salles de classe. Parallèlement, le projet a offert une formation professionnelle sur la préparation de jus de fruits à des mères et des jeunes filles sans emploi. Elles ont travaillé avec joie, conscientes de leur contribution au bien-être de la communauté scolaire.

Le projet a atteint avec succès ses objectifs : promouvoir des habitudes de consommation plus saines parmi les élèves et renforcer les capacités des mères et des jeunes filles sans emploi grâce à une formation professionnelle.
