A medida que el progreso hacia la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible se retrasa cada vez m\u00e1s, la Declaraci\u00f3n sostiene que el ODS 16+ \u2014paz, justicia, instituciones s\u00f3lidas e inclusi\u00f3n\u2014 debe tratarse no como un objetivo secundario, sino como el fundamento para lograr toda la agenda de desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>Basada en consultas con actores de la sociedad civil de diversas regiones, la Declaraci\u00f3n refleja las experiencias de constructores de paz, defensores de derechos humanos, proveedores de asistencia jur\u00eddica, organizaciones de base, mujeres l\u00edderes, grupos juveniles y comunidades locales que trabajan en condiciones cada vez m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles. Presenta cinco prioridades interconectadas: fortalecer el espacio c\u00edvico, la democracia y la sociedad civil; transformar los sistemas de financiamiento hacia la justicia econ\u00f3mica; promover la justicia centrada en las personas y el estado de derecho; fomentar la construcci\u00f3n de paz a trav\u00e9s de la prevenci\u00f3n de conflictos, violencia y atrocidades; y la defensa de los derechos humanos, las libertades fundamentales y la inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En esencia, el documento es un llamado a los gobiernos, el sistema de las Naciones Unidas, los donantes y la sociedad civil para que vayan m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los compromisos y adopten acciones concretas.
