Background
Layo is a small Andean village where average temperatures range from 7°C to 8°C. Due to these temperatures, agriculture is difficult. Most of its people are indigenous Quechua speakers and farmers.
Objective:
To support indigenous community organisation by strengthening the capacities of community leaders.
Activities:

- Workshops and meetings
- Monitoring the achieving of objectives

- Empowerment of community leaders.
