Activities

The Moral Recovery Program organised live-in seminars for a variety of public (local population, university students, religious, former fighters, government clerks) where past experiences and realities were reviewed and discerned over in different modules.

Results

Participants achieved greater awareness of what they went through, drew strength from within, and learnt to accept their limitations. As groups, the power of community emerged and trust and openness prevailed for the future. Participants experiences circular relationships on equal sharing of power and responsibilities, towards each other and towards the care of the environment. The transformation led to the autonomous replication of the seminars in small groups in the participants’ local realities.
