Objective 

Australian Catholic Religious Against Trafficking in Humans (ACRATH) and Aotearoa New Zealand Religious Trafficking in Humans (ANZRATH) are orgnisations led by religious women and men in Australia and New Zealand with the aim of combatting human trafficking and slavery.

Activities

  • Raising awareness campaigns on human trafficking

  • Sponsoring petitions 

  • Lobbying government 

  • Provision of educational material to trafficked victims

  • Advocating on behalf of victims of trafficking.

Outomes

  • Increased awareness of the realities of trafficked victims

  • Trafficked victims supported in life projects

  • Advocacy to prevent human trafficking has increased
