The Justice Coalition of Religious (JCoR) at the United Nations invites congregational leadership, NGO leadership, and JPIC coordinators to a virtual JCoR Info Session on 16 June 2026.
Who should attend:
- All members of congregational leadership in every congregation
- Congregational UN NGO representatives
- Members of UN NGO boards (if applicable)
- Leaders of congregational JPIC teams (or equivalent) for congregations represented by their UN NGO
What the session will cover
Short-term aims:
- Explain JCoR’s purpose, mission, vision, and current activities
- Clarify the role of religious advocacy within the UN system and how it supports congregational mission
Longer-term aims:
- Increase congregation-wide engagement with JCoR programmes and resources
- Strengthen congregational support for maintaining a UN presence
